Fitzroy is a small island surrounded by beautiful coral and is just off the east coast of Australia south of Cairns in FNQ. The contrast of the pure white sands against the blackened drift wood was stark even in the early morning daylight. The total purity of the stone, sand and coral created a real magic, something to be just looked at but not touched.
