a piece developed over 3 years whilst on holiday in Paleochora Crete. With the help of a good friend Eftekis I found a block of olive wood dried naturally in the Cretan sunshine and using pictures of Rodin's original I carved this using hand tools whilst siting under a tree on a beach.
