A sculpture made from Maltese limestone. My first attempt at a human head and inspired by Emily Young's large sculptures in Portland stone called Faces of Stillness. The eyes are shut to create a calm expression and mood. The finished sculpture ended up looking a little like Freda Khalo. Height 28cm
