An evolution of Maya I which brings together the 2 themes of my work; the flowing form of the hair with the emotion of a female face in calm reflective mood. The flow of the hair compels you to view the piece from all angles.

The texture of the stone and its subtle transparency give a little luminescence lending softness to the face and flesh tones.
