The first of a productive series of works that take inspiration from the shapes of worn sea shells found on the beaches of Paleochora in Crete. Each worn shell is unique where the process of erosion has revealed parts of the the inner shapes of the shells. It is the interplay between the positive and negative curves that gives them balance and elegance and triggers the creative ideas.
